Shipping Questions
KaVatee currently uses the United States Post Office for shipping. Your shipping rate is calculated by your zip code and the weight of your package. Items usually ship next business day and have a transit time of 5 to 7 business days, however, arrival time is not guaranteed. You have the option to purchase upgraded shipping when you check out for faster delivery times. We do not process over the weekend so orders placed on Friday will not usually ship until Monday.
At this time we do not ship internationally, if you have any questions about this please contact 1-855-KaVatee.
Neckalinas usually ship within 3 days of your order and have a transit time of approximately 5 -7 business days. Arrival time for Neckalinas is not guaranteed. If you want a guaranteed arrival time, you may want to contact us for an upgraded shipping option. We do not process orders over the weekend, so orders placed on Friday will not usually ship until Monday.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.
For security purposes, we do not ship to PO boxes
Ordering Questions
After your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been processed. Then usually by next day you will receive email confirmation with tracking information confirming that your order has been shipped.

Return/Exchange Questions
We are not happy unless you are!
*Items purchased from kavatee.com are eligible for a full refund excluding shipping costs subject to the previsions listed below. Our exchange policy allows exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
*Items returned and/or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged and with all original tags attached. Items must be received within 30 days of purchase.
kavatee.com utilizes meticulous quality control, but if for some reason, you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item purchased, please contact our customer service department immediately at customerservice@kavatee.com.
Please email or call, with your order number and indicate whether you are exchanging or returning this item. For exchanges please let us know the desired style and size so we can place it ‘on hold’ for you and assure it does not sell out while your exchanged item is being returned to us. When returning an item, we expect items to be returned in the same condition that it was received by you, and request you utilize the original packaging materials, then, place your original invoice in the box to be returned, and be sure to indicate in writing on the invoice whether the item is being exchanged or returned. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. KaVatee.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise (*pursuant to the above return instructions) a full refund will be issued to your credit card within 7 business days.
Once the merchandise is received for an exchange it will be processed within 7 business days and then new merchandise will be shipped.
Neckalina Questions
No, at this time the Neckalinas come as a set.
When not wearing your Neckalina, please store it in your KaVatee Dustbag. This will protect it, and prevent the necklace from becoming tangled.
You can wash your Neckalina! Just remove the necklace and place it aside. Hand wash the circle scarf with a mild detergent, rinse, and lay flat to dry.
